Ep 19: The Power of Holding Grief and Joy Together at the Same Time with Malisa Hepner A♦️ / Q♦️

Are You Emotionally Unavailable or Emotionally Open To All Feelings?

Malisa Hepner is a therapist, speaker, and host of The Emotionally Unavailable Podcast.

Today we explore how early trauma, grief, and self-inquiry shape a path of healing and truth. Through the lens of her A♦️ Life Path and Q♦️ Personality, Malisa reflects on themes of self-worth, advocacy, and learning to stand firmly in her value without abandoning her emotional depth.

She shares pivotal moments from her life: growing up with addiction and loss, navigating a spiritual awakening after a mental health crisis, and the ongoing practice of staying embodied rather than bypassing pain.

The episode moves tenderly into grief, as Malisa speaks about losing her son Jake and what it means to hold sorrow and joy at the same time.
